    As far as I know they're legal everywhere. Just check with your dealer. If he can get you plates - they're legal.

    Go ask your local dept. of motor vechicles.
    They should know.

    I don't know about your state, but in Mass you need a motorcycle permit or license for anything over 200cc

    I am sure they are street legal there but under the same guide lines as a motorcycle you will need a drivers license, insurance, license plates.
